Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  1. Returns
    At Hunger Tail, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt, provided that:
  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • You have a valid reason for the return, such as receiving a defective or damaged product.
  1. Refunds
    Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  2. Cancellations
    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  3. Exchange Policy
    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
  4. How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation
    To return a product or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@hungertail.com or 1800 419 80 99. Provide your order details and reason for the return/cancellation.
  5. Damaged or Defective Products
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@hungertail.com or 1800 419 80 99 with your order number and details of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
  6. Exceptions
    Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
